Preparation and product. We mechanically diamond-grind and moisture-test the slab, then install a professional multi-coat system — a moisture-tolerant epoxy base, a full flake broadcast, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — not thin, water-based epoxy over acid-etched concrete. That's the difference between a floor that lasts a decade-plus and one that peels in a season.
How long does it take?+
Most single- and two-car garages are a single-day install. Light foot traffic in about 24 hours, vehicles in about 48.
Will the coating peel or yellow?+
Not when it's prepped right and topped with a UV-stable polyaspartic. Peeling is almost always a prep or moisture failure — the two things we never skip — and our topcoat won't amber in the sun.
